Reading

Reading and Writing

Listening, talking, reading, and writing are all parts of early literacy. Instilling a love of reading early gives a child a head start on expanding vocabulary and building independence. It helps children learn to make sense not only of the world around them but also building social-emotional skills and of course, imagination.

Math

Math

Math is a tool used to describe and understand patterns and relationships in the world around us. It develops critical thinking skills. It addition, mathematical knowledge helps students understand the contents of other school subjects such as science, music and art.

science

Science

Science teaches students about the world around them. It focuses on thoughts, questions, testing, hypotheses and theories. Science encourages creativity, fosters a love of learning, improves critical-thinking skills, fosters innovation and builds relationships.

Social Studies

Social Studies

Social Studies connect students with the real world and helps them to develop the ability to make informed decisions for the public good as citizens of a culturally diverse society. Students are exposed to cultural understanding, citizenship, economic education, political skills and a respect for history.

Pre-K

Emphasis on Early Learning

Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) is a voluntary preschool program that serves children ages 5 and under.

Your child will experience  curriculum with an emphasis on mindfulness, social-emotional development, and leadership skills.  Our early education programs allow students to play, receive planned and spontaneous instruction, and grow in many aspects of development.  These include social skills, emotional well-being, language and literacy skills, mathematics and science concepts.

According to a study published to Raise Your Hand Texas, children who attend a preschool program were 54% more likely to be ready for kindergarten.
